Danke Sehr, Everyone!

You have been ausgezeichnet and this venture has exceeded my wildest expectations! We were slowed a bit by the local tornado, but a spot has been cleared on my property for at least a temporary location. Thank goodness the trailer wasn't here in the storm as we had some trees down right where it would have been parked.

We are still sorting out water inspection for PA Food & Ag (passed), Servsafe (recert passed), insurances, title/registration, 100 lb propane tank, 50 amp service and generator, but everything is in process and will come together shortly. I can bring her home as soon as this week! Look at that 3 compartment sink and handwashing station for compliance! A real exhaust hood. Room for a speed rack, storage racks, and tables as well as my mobile insulated electric hot box! Not pictured are fresh, grey, and hot water tanks.
