On August 31, 2025, Team HEARD will take on the ultimate endurance challenge—the Shenandoah 100M—to raise awareness and critical funds for a cause close to our hearts.

Riding for the HEARD mission are:
Adam Schwebach, Peter Pellegrini, Steve Pellegrini, and Sean Cavanaugh—four friends, athletes, and fierce supporters and advocates of Heard and our mission of ensuring that no parent has to face the darkness of perinatal mental health struggles alone.

The Heard Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families impacted by perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs). Through community care, education, and advocacy, we are creating a future where every parent feels seen, supported, and heard.
