Lady’s story is heartbreaking — but we can help change it.

Lady and her 5 puppies were saved by a good Samaritan when someone was trying to sell her in a Walmart parking lot. At the time, the person did not realize she was pregnant and realized she couldn't help her alone and reached out to NCHS. While her babies are depending on her completely, Lady herself is in terrible shape. She is painfully thin, severely emaciated, and suffering from serious skin issues. She is truly pitiful to see.

And yet, through it all, Lady is a wonderful mom. She is attentive, loving, and incredibly sweet with her puppies. Even in the middle of her own suffering, she is doing everything she can to care for them.

Now Lady needs us. NCHS is committed to getting her the urgent medical attention, nutrition, and treatment she needs, but we need help covering her care.
