Help Us Invest in the Next Generation of Young Black Men

This summer, we’re launching the Manifest Gathering, a powerful 2-day retreat for young Black men navigating what we refer to as the “first critical decade” - that special period in a young man’s life between 14 and 24 years of age that helps to set the foundation for the many decades to come.

MANIFEST 2025 is a collaboration between Men of Business (M.O.B. ) Academy and The ExceptionAL Project. Together we’re building a space where our young men feel seen, heard, and supported as they explore who they are, who they are becoming, and all the beautiful possibilities that lie ahead.

📅 Retreat Dates: July 22–24, 2025

📍 Location: College Park, GA

SESSIONS INCLUDE

So what's this "critical decade"?

YOUR SUPPORT

$25 = session materials for a participant
$50 = transportation for a participant
$100 = meals for a participant throughout the retreat
$500 = covers two days at our venue space

OUR GOALS:

$2,500: covers meals and accommodations for our young men for the entire Manifest 2025 Gathering
$5,000: covers everything above PLUS transportation, session materials, and allows us to offer a small honorarium to those who have volunteered their time to be with our young men.
$10,000: covers everything above PLUS a pilot of MOB Academy's Entrepreneurship Program at a partner high school in Baton Rouge, LA
$15,000: covers everything above PLUS allows us to begin planning towards a bigger and even more impactful Manifest Gathering in 2026.

✨ As the organizers of this experience, we've already contributed the first $500 and a generous donor who wishes to remain anonymous gifted us $500 to ensure our young men have journals to capture their reflections and their aspirations. Now we’re inviting you to help bring this vision to life. Will you help us reach our campaign goals?

Your support helps us prove to our young men that they are worthy of investment and that they are surrounded by a village of believers and champions who see them and love them. Thank you for being a part of that village💛🖤🙏

With love and gratitude,
