YouGood? is a donation-based experience. Programming includes: meditation, yoga, a sound bath, prompted journaling, and open discussion. Open to all men of all ages and backgrounds, this experience allows attendees to engage in honest and vulnerable conversation in a safe space. This is a powerful series champions inclusivity and openness.

WHAT TO BRING

We recommend wearing flexible and comfortable clothing. Please bring a yoga mat, journal/pen, & water.

WAIVERS TO SIGN

PLEASE NOTE, there are two waivers to complete, the YMCA waiver and the WalkGood LA waiver. At check-in, our team will verify both waivers have been signed. If they have not been signed previously, you will be asked to complete the waivers on site prior to participating. Thank you for understanding and completing these waivers early! If you have signed a WalkGood LA waiver this year, you do not need to sign it again.
