Our popular Homeschool Outdoors series continues in April with Bird Is the Word

Homeschoolers, join us for a new engaging educational session exploring nature and science in our wild classroom. All our Homeschool Outdoors programs include outdoor exploration, lessons about various aspects of the wetland and fun activities.

Program: Bird Is the Word

Spring migration brings a multitude of birds to the wetland, so there are lots of opportunities for observation!
Take a bird walk and learn about bird adaptations with a Build-A-Bird activity.

When: Wednesday, April 1, from 9:30 a.m.-11 a.m.

Cost: $10 per student per program. Includes admission to the Wetland Center. Free for parents/guardians. Parents or guardians must be present with their students throughout the program.

Age: 10-18. Limit of 20 students per program.

Please note: There will be no March or May Homeschool Outdoors! programs.

Our Program Refund Policy

If we must cancel the program, you will receive a full refund. If we must reschedule the program, you will be offered the choice of attending on the new date or receiving a full refund. If you cancel attending the program on the original date, no refund will be issued.
