Our mission with the American Warrior Initiative is to provide Fairway loan professionals & referral partners with our own branded hero program to market in their communities that promotes giving back to local heroes & frontline workers: veterans, active-duty military, first responders, medical professionals, police officers, firefighters, & teachers!

SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER: During this course Karen Vaughn will share her story of personal sacrifice. Karen is the Gold Star mother of fallen US Navy SEAL Chief Aaron Carson Vaughn, (SEAL Team VI). Aaron was killed in action in Afghanistan on August 6, 2011. After her only son's death, Karen wrote a bestselling biography, World Changer: A Mother's Story. She's a frequent guest on multiple national media outlets, runs a nonprofit with her family in Florida (Operation300) built in honor and memory of her son, and speaks nationally about the cost of freedom. She's been on the American Warrior Initiative team since January, 2017.
