When Rachel first came to Hope 4 Autism, she was a young adult looking for something many of us take for granted — confidence in her own abilities. She wanted to find a job, make friends, and feel comfortable in a world that sometimes felt overwhelming.

Through our Visions of Hope Training Program, Rachel began learning hands-on job skills at Dress 2 Impress Resale, where she discovered not only her strengths but also her love for connecting with customers. Her journey didn’t stop there — she enrolled in our PEERS program, where she practiced communication skills, built friendships, and learned tools that helped her thrive both at work and in everyday life.

When Rachel graduated from both programs, she did something incredible: she took a leap of faith, moved to a new city, and started a full-time job. That was two years ago — and she’s still thriving today.
