The Mission-Critical Challenge

We've proven the concept works. Through the City of New Orleans' Recycle Dat Mardi Gras sustainability program, Mardi Bar Wars 2025 diverted from the landfill 41,000 lbs of glass or 55% of the total waste collected by Recycle Dat! But we've hit a bottleneck: outsourced processing creates a single point of failure that caps our scale and surrenders control.

Mardi Bar Wars 2026 is our capital campaign to eliminate that vulnerability. We're securing the beachhead by acquiring the industrial assets we need to build the Lincoln Beach Engine: dedicated, localized processing infrastructure that shifts us from a vulnerable pilot to an operational command.

The Battle We Face

Every year, Louisiana's biggest celebrations leave behind more than memories: they leave a $91 million litter bill that's grown 65% since 2010. Events like Mardi Gras are economic juggernauts, but they're also ecological liabilities.

When ecological liabilities proliferate, they usher in ecological collapse. Ecological collapse drives economic collapse.

Over a third of all litter choking our waterways and coastline comes from branded beverage containers. For every $1 Louisiana spends on prevention, we're forced to spend $7 more on cleanup. This isn't just a trash problem, it's a threat to the Louisiana way of life.

But there's a better way. And that's where you come in.

Our Superpower: Regenerative Circularity

We are the Glass Wars Alliance. We don't manage trash, we mobilize ecological assets. We've uncovered the untapped intersections of celebration, commerce, and community, and we're turning them into battlefields for coastal restoration.

Our strategy? Gamify litter prevention. Transform waste streams into regenerative circular systems that outflank the old linear economy. Through the GWA Method, brand investments become player incentives, waste becomes points, and community participation becomes coastal capital.

We're not asking people to sacrifice their celebrations. We're asking them to Wage War for the Coast while they party.
