At Gilda’s Club South Florida, hope begins with connection. It's a shared meal, a listening ear, a moment of relief, and none of it happens without our community of hope.

Tanisha is one of the many individuals who walk through our door. She’s living with stage 4 endometrial cancer, no longer able to work, relying on limited disability benefits that barely cover her daily needs. But her struggle goes beyond treatment. Like so many others, Tanisha faces emotional isolation and the overwhelming burden of navigating cancer.

That’s where we step in, and where Gilda's Club makes all the difference.

Thanks to our Community of Hope, Tanisha has access to free meals, our stocked food pantry, and most importantly, a circle of peers who’ve become her second family. She brings her loved ones to Noogiefest and Community Dinners because not just for joy, but because she’s found a place where healing happens through belonging and fellowship.

As Tanisha says, “The magic of Gilda’s Club is that you know everything will be okay. You feel the love everywhere, despite everything we go through.”

With a donation of $25 or more, your name will appear on a flower displayed on our iconic Red Door, symbolizing the support that blooms through generosity.
With a gift, pledge, or fundraiser of $500 or more, you can dedicate a tile on our Legacy Wall to someone impacted by cancer—a tribute to a loved one, a survivor, or to the power of community.
Rally your own community to raise funds through peer-to-peer support. Set up a personal campaign page, share your story, and invite others to join you in helping ensure no one faces a cancer diagnosis alone.
