About IACCA, Inc.

The International Association of Christian Collegiate Athletes (IACCA, Inc.) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving as the official Direct Support Organization (DSO) for John Melvin University (JMU) and John Melvin Christian College (JMCC) campuses in Central and Northwest Florida. Our mission is multifaceted: we raise financial support, secure athletic facilities, and advance faith-driven athletics through scholarships, mission trips, and sports ministry programs.

As the designated DSO, IACCA, Inc. plays a crucial role in supporting and advancing the athletic missions of these institutions. We manage fundraising initiatives, foster donor engagement, and spearhead resource development in strict accordance with state regulations and institutional guidelines. Our efforts are exclusively focused on enhancing the athletic programs and experiences at JMU and JMCC, creating a synergy between faith, education, and sports.

By bridging the gap between Christian values and collegiate athletics, IACCA, Inc. provides a unique platform for student-athletes to grow not only in their athletic abilities but also in their faith and character. Through our dedicated work, we aim to cultivate an environment where athletic excellence and spiritual growth go hand in hand, preparing students for success both on and off the field.

To glorify God by empowering student-athletes and coaches through Christ-centered education, athletic excellence, and service-driven ministry. We provide direct support to the athletic programs of John Melvin University and John Melvin Christian College by generating resources, building strategic partnerships, and enriching the student-athlete experience through purposeful development, community engagement, and alignment with each institution’s mission

Purpose and Responsibilities

As the official DSO, IACCA, Inc. is responsible for:

Supporting athletic scholarships, equipment, travel, and facility needs through organized fundraising and donor campaigns.
Enhancing alumni, community, and corporate engagement in support of athletic success.
Coordinating development efforts that are transparent, compliant, and aligned with university goals.
Managing gifts and contributions in a manner that ensures accountability and maximum impact.
Promoting athletic excellence, academic integrity, and personal development among student-athletes.

Governance and Oversight

IACCA, Inc. is governed by an independent Board of Directors and operates in full compliance with Florida statutes governing Direct Support Organizations. The organization conducts annual audits, submits operational reports to university leadership, and upholds the highest standards of transparency and integrity.

Through this structure, IACCA, Inc. serves as a vital link between the athletic departments, alumni, and supporters of JMU and JMCC.
