We are a MOBILE outreach ministry in the South KC/Grandview area that launched in March of 2021. We mainly implement a CAP (Community Adoption Program) bringing church ministry IN TO communities on a weekly basis. Most of our ministry is outdoors. We also do street outreach and numerous community connection events throughout the year. In 2025, God called us to a huge step of faith to leave our careers to go into this ministry full time. In order to do that, we felt the need to eliminate all debt, which meant selling our home of 20 years which had been our base of operations up to that point. We purchased an RV to live in, not to travel to do ministry, but simply to live as financially minimal as possible. With those decisions, it created a new need for a base of operations. We are currently paying too much for multiple storage units, and have our ministry vehicles (a full school bus, a shuttle bus, and a utility panel truck) scattered among various friend's properties. Therefore, we are seeking the Lord's provision to establish one location where ALL ministry taking place with Salt N Light can be based.

This location for a ministry base of operations needs some TLC for sure, but its location and space is EXACTLY what we are seeking. Being 3 minutes from Grandview High School is a huge plus! There is plenty of room youth mentorship, men's groups, women's groups, pantry options, tons of storage space so we could eliminate what we are currently paying in storage units, plenty of parking available for all the ministry vehicles, and could be the location of a future mini summer youth camp. We could also add a kitchen for ministry event food prep and clean up, and laundry for helping families in the ministry.

LORD, we know we are asking for a ridiculous miracle here. We know that we do not deserve it. We know we think we "need" this as a base of operations for the ministry, but that ultimately YOU KNOW what our needs really are. Psalm 84:11 says that "No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly." Lord, we know that YOU know, IF this is that "good thing." Please let us not lean on our own understanding in any of this, but in ALL our ways to "walk uprightly" and to ACKNOWLEDGE YOU. This is simply a privilege that we DON'T deserve. But YOUR Word says in Ephesians 3:20 that YOU are able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all that we can ask or imagine, according to YOUR power at work in us. We TRUST YOU for opening possibilities for this ministry, or closing doors to show us YOUR will, not our own. ALL things - blessings and closed doors - work together for good to those who LOVE GOD, to those who are called according to HIS purpose. Regardless of where YOU have us, we KNOW that IF YOU are WITH us and FOR us, nothing can stand in Your way or have victory against us. We praise YOUR name from whom all blessings flow. We praise YOUR name when You say "No" and for when You say "YES." We know You own "the cattle on a thousand hills" and that the "world is YOURS, and ALL it's fullness" (Ps. 50:10-12), and that if YOU want it provided, YOU can do it, but that we need to also die to our desires and our ideas and plans and TRUST what YOU know is best. Please help our hearts to do just that in the search for a base of operations.

Link to the property can be found on Zillow at 13424 Parker Ave. in Grandview, MO. Current asking price is $160,000. We think he would accept an offer of 150,000. However, it might take anywhere from $60,000 - $75,000 to rehab it.
