I TALK TO STRANGERS (ITTS) is committed to building peaceful communities for the future of our youth and families by fostering dialogue, unity, and collaborative action.

We are seeking 100 contributions of $100 to help advance our international mission.

Objectives:

1.Foster Social Cohesion – Through Peace Walks and inter-generational dialogues, we create safe spaces for meaningful conversations across cultural, ethnic, and generational divides, encouraging empathy, understanding, and unity.

2.Empower Youth – By equipping young people with leadership, civic engagement, psycho-social, and conflict resolution skills through the Peace Talkers program, delivered both in-person and online.

3.Expand Digital Reach – We leverage the internet to provide psycho-social and leadership training to youth globally, building an international network of connected change makers. For those in remote or underserved areas, one-on-one training is delivered by trained volunteers.

4.Promote Sustainability and Food Security – Through our Peace Gardens, we teach sustainable farming practices, improve community nutrition, and promote environmental responsibility. These gardens are not only a tool for feeding communities but also a platform for healing and empowerment.

5.Integrate Psycho-social Training with Physical Activity – We intentionally combine psycho-social support with hands-on physical activities such as gardening. This holistic approach enables youth and children to actively contribute to eradicating hunger while acquiring essential agricultural and life skills.

6.Scale Community Impact – We develop and refine scalable, replicable models of grassroots peacebuilding and social entrepreneurship that can be adapted to diverse communities facing similar social, environmental, or cultural challenges.

ITTS Kenya Peace Talkers Program (PTP)

Founded on concepts of technology and innovation, the ITTS Peace Talkers program trains, motivates, and equips students with tools and skills needed to effectively communicate and collaborate with local community organizations towards social impact projects.

Peace Talkers are local community youth volunteers who participate in an after-school, service-based campus program designed to inspire innovation and peaceful mindsets for the next generation global citizen.

I TALK TO STRANGERS social movement unites community, campus, culture, and corporate (4Cs) areas of interest through strategic collaborations and effective communication with organized events that focuses on these four key areas of community development. These activities promote uplifting dialogue and positive collaborations among strangers thus creating peace worldwide.
