🌟 Climb for a Cause: Support Hospitality Workers in Southwest Colorado! 🌟

Every day, restaurant, bar, and hospitality workers keep our communities running, serving food, crafting drinks, and creating experiences we all love. But behind the scenes, many face financial hardship, high stress, and limited access to support.

That’s where In The Weeds (ITW) comes in. We’re a nonprofit dedicated to supporting the people who fuel Southwest Colorado’s hospitality industry—through job support, mental health resources, workforce development, and alternative programs.

💡 This event is about more than climbing—it’s about lifting up the people who serve our communities.

Why a Climb-a-Thon?

Like climbing, working in hospitality takes strength, endurance, and resilience. It’s about pushing forward even when the climb is steep. At Hospitality on the Rocks, we’re bringing the hospitality and climbing communities together for a fun, no-pressure event where anyone—whether in the industry or not—can challenge themselves while raising funds for a great cause.

🧗‍♂️ How It Works:

Climbers sign up solo or as a team of 4 and raise funds by securing sponsors (employers, local businesses, or friends & family).
Sponsors pledge $2 or more per route climbed or make a flat donation.
Climbers challenge themselves on the wall, track their routes, and compete for prizes!
All funds raised go directly to In The Weeds’ programs, ensuring restaurant, bar, and hospitality workers get the resources and support they deserve.
