General Information:

It’s in your best interest to purchase your raffle basket tickets in advance and arrive as soon as our doors open at 5:30 p.m., as this is the perfect opportunity for you to check out our 150+ raffle baskets, drop your tickets, and settle into your table.

Schedule:

5:30 pm - Doors Open. Use this time to check in, find your table, and start dropping your raffle tickets!
6:45 pm - Opening Remarks
7:00 pm - Bingo Begins
Games will run approximately every 15 minutes
A 15-minute break is scheduled following games 4 and 8
After BINGO: we pull the winning tickets for our Gucci raffle and our Super Mega Amazing 50/50, and post the winning ticket numbers for our 150+ Basket Raffle baskets

Reminders:

If you purchased a table or multiple individual tickets, we will contact you a week before the event to inform you of your table number so that you can pass that information along to your guests (consider forwarding this email to them as well). We will have table information available at check-in; however, it will speed up our process considerably if you communicate with your guests in advance.
Also, DON’T FORGET to inform your guests that it is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED that they purchase their raffle tickets in advance. While raffle tickets will be available the evening of the event, our special, money-saving ticket bundles will NOT! Click HERE to return to our event page to purchase additional raffle tickets today!
The VFW has a cash bar just outside the Bingo room. While you can NOT bring outside alcoholic beverages into the facilities, you can bring your own food, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages.
You must be 21 years of age or older to participate in our event and/or to consume alcoholic beverages.
