Join The Village Alliance of the Southern Tier (VAST) for a special Intro to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class at 607 Grappling in Endicott! This beginner-friendly session will be led by Kyle Mills, owner and head instructor of 607 Grappling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Christi Bulman will be co-instructing. Learn the fundamentals of BJJ, improve your confidence, and experience firsthand why BJJ is one of the most empowering martial arts.

No prior experience is necessary — just come ready to move, learn, and have fun! Participate/observe to your comfort level.
