This March, Sojourn Somerville will be traveling to Tucson, Arizona to address the humanitarian crises on the Mexico/US border. During this trip we will be doing food and water drops in the desert, touring camps and nonprofits on the border, and serving local refugees at a volunteer cafe. Students will learn more about the issues facing our neighbors on the border, learn how to serve local refugees in the Tucson area, and understand how they can translate this impact on their communities back in Boston.

Cost:

$800 total (includes food, transportation, lodging, service opportunities, and ALL the fun)
$100 non-refundable deposit due by December 19th, 2025
