William "Bill" Hallisey Jr was born and raised in Plymouth, MA along with his three loving sisters, Christine, Erin and Kathleen. His family resides in West Plymouth with his three beautiful and amazing daughters Eileen, Claire and Sara.

Bill has a passion for real estate investments and renovation. At the age of 13, Bill started his journey at and eventually became the owner of Shiretown Glass and Home Improvements, a company that has been serving Plymouth and the South Shore for over 62 years. He also enjoys giving back to the Plymouth community. Bill has served three years on the Plymouth Growth and Development, three years on Board of Selectmen, fifteen years on Plymouth Regional Economic Foundation, and two years on the Board of Directors of Boys and Girls Club of Plymouth.

"Billy" to those that know him well, appreciate his quick wit and playful spirit. He has a big heart is always there to help someone in need. He loves being out on the water or high in the mountains to find his peace. He also is very passionate about animals and takes great pleasure in caring for his 4 goats, Alpaca's, and his sidekick Diixie, a 4 year old engilsh bull dog. Bill has always been a supporter over the years over the Jordan Hospital Club and the many great things they do to help the community. Bill was a little reluctant to model but, he promises to give it his all.

With three determined sisters and three growing daughters, there is no bigger advoacate for female empowerment than Bill Hallisey. :)
