JFA video from October 21, 2020 
 

Hiscock Legal Aid Society (HLA) hosted our annual Justice For All fundraiser on October 21, 2020 at 6:00 PM EST. 

We've been promoting Justice For All since 1949. For the last seven years, we've celebrated our work through a one-hour event we've come to call “Justice For All” (JFA).  

Normally, we hold this event at Drumlins. This year, like everything else, it looked different. We re-imagined JFA in light of COVID-19. We worked to create something new while staying true to the core component of JFA: bringing to life our mission and vision.  
 
Over the course of the thirty minute event, we took attendees on a virtual tour of our mission and vision through compelling short stories from agency leadership, members of the Board of Directors, and clients we’ve served.  
 
Hiscock Legal Aid also partnered with local bakeries, Glazed and Confused and Crave Dessert Studio, with two opportunities for folks to support them. 

In an effort to encourage friendly competition among our community, and get moving in a safe and healthy way, we also hosted a precursor event to JFA we called “Walk (or Run!) for Justice Alone, Together!”
