OUR NORTH STAR:

Ripple Hauxs exists as a third space sanctuary for BIPOC trans, queer and gender-diverse folx in Central Florida , a space of physical wellness, creative expression, safety and radical joy.

We are launching a multi-tier campaign to support the following vital pillars:

Paying BIPOC local trans & queer professionals DJs and artists to workshop, create, facilitate and perform or host in our programming and trainings (so no one is doing this labor for free + your voices and art, and skills are paid).

Event infrastructure: food, event supplies, rental equipment, signage, lighting, AV (sound, streaming gear) — so that our on-the-ground gatherings and our digital offering via Twitch are high quality & accessible.

TECC training Firearm safety

Fitness/wellness infrastructure: gym supplies and circuit needs, kettlebells, dumbbells/free weights, a power cage and squat machine so our physical wellness programming has full strength, durability and affirming space.

Digital and streaming expansion: for our “Hauxs Show” + Twitch streaming during events, to reach beyond physical space and bring community in-virtually.

Sustaining operations: Keeping our doors open, ensuring no cost for participants, building the sanctuary infrastructure and the safety/resilience systems that keep us thriving.

What success looks like:

Fully funded stipends/honoraria for a roster of local BIPOC trans/queer artists, facilitators, trainers for the next 12 months.
Event equipment & streaming gear in place so every event (physical + digital) is professional, inclusive, high‐impact.
Fitness equipment installed and ready, enabling weekly circuit/strength classes and independent access.
Expanded reach and visibility: more participants, more stream viewers, more paid artists engaged.
Clear measurement: number of paid artists, number of events, number of participants served, hours of programming, streaming metrics, wellness metrics.
