Why this is personal for me:

I’ve seen what happens when someone hears something truly beautiful up close: people soften, open, and listen differently — to the music, and then to each other. And I care deeply that this isn’t a luxury experience. Nebraska is my home, and I want this festival to feel like it belongs to everyone — every neighbor, every family, every student, and every “I’ve never been to a concert” person who might walk in and feel welcomed.
