Where the Rope Ends revolves around Nichole Doane, a trauma nurse from Harborview Hospital, her 60-foot fall while canyoneering Wallace Falls, the Snohomish Search and Rescue mission that saved her life, and the profound (and sometimes tumultuous) self-discovery that followed her brush with death.

Nichole Doane and director, Baylee Sinner (www.bayleesinner.com) began the making of Where the Rope Ends in August 2017 after the two met in yoga teacher training. The story has grown and evolved with Nichole's healing journey and thanks to the many film professionals that have volunteered their time and resources to make this project a reality.

The film team is working towards hosting an International Search and Rescue (SAR) event in 2024, which over 30 SAR chapters have already opted into. This event will help SAR teams attain the resources they need to continue their heroic efforts. The team is dedicated to offering the film and an extensive marketing package to these volunteer organizations for free.
