Join us for a delicious evening of food and connection at the 4Roots Plant-Based Potluck! Whether you’re fully plant-based, plant-curious, or just love good food and good conversation, this FREE event is open to all.

🌿 Bring a Dish:
Although this is a free event, please prepare a plant-based dish that serves at least 5 people and include the recipe with ingredients listed so others can learn and be inspired!

Plant-based only:

No animal-based products (including meat, chicken, eggs, and fish. Watch out for chicken broth, fish/Bonita flakes and bacon bits).
No dairy: Excludes all dairy (butter, cheese, milk, etc.) and honey.

Plant-based curious or not a cook? Join in by bringing something simple like: (make sure you bring enough for 10 people)

Fruit
Veggies with hummus or baba ghanoush
Pita chips and salsa
A mix of nuts and olives

After we share the meal, we’ll engage in a thoughtful community conversation about food, sustainability, and the role plant-based choices can play in building a healthier future—for ourselves and our planet.
