Be The Joy Foundation is a Delco non-profit founded in 2020 from a small idea that resulted in gifting $30,000 in $100 bills to 300+ restaurant staff put out of work due to the PA shutdowns. 2 features on ABC World News & over $150,000 cycled back into Delco in the form of heartfelt surprises - we are thrilled to continue to our mission to spread joy & bring our communities together still 3 years later!

We couldn’t be happier to team up with the Delco phenom - Tom Scott - to deliver on his wish to bring some joy to residents in a local nursing home. When Tom isn’t taking social media by storm and using his Delco fame for good causes such as this - he is spotting dancing pickles, serving up comebacks to Karens like hotcakes & making many smile.

With funds raised we will purchase & deliver: approved snacks, soaps, cozy socks, blankets, puzzle books etc for the residents at Aventura!

“I just wanted too ask a ? I was just thinking about people in nursing homes I only know one around here and that's on Chester pike prospect I'm thinking wouldn't be nice to give them all maybe a fruit/ candy bag just to let them know people do care and the human heart still has the capability to bleed with compassion and love this is a simple ? Before all the Karen's tear it apart,,, cause if I was in one I'd probably go ape shit this has nothing to do with anything but just to show the people in that there are people who care and that there not forgotten cause there stuck in a nursing home I probably could of made this longer or worded it better but tired sick but feeling a little better so was just wondering how people in the group would feel about this ???????
