Tumble Education, Inc. was created to help more kids experience science as something joyful, human, and within reach. For years, families and teachers have turned to audio storytelling to spark curiosity — but access to high-quality, inclusive science media and live educational experiences is still uneven, especially for schools and libraries with limited budgets.

In 2026, Tumble Education is focused on two things: supporting the creation of new science podcast episodes for kids, and bringing science to life through live performances and educational outreach in schools and libraries that need it most. At the same time, we’re building the organizational foundation that allows this work to grow sustainably and reach more communities over time.

Joke-ha-thon 2026 is a joyful, community-powered fundraiser that helps make this possible. Every donation supports the stories, events, and partnerships that connect kids with real science — and real scientists — in ways that are accessible, engaging, and fun.
