Our annual Jompathon is a heartwarming affirmation of Joy of Music’s mission to keep our programs accessible regardless of income.

This will be our 32nd Jompathon, and our first time returning to a live event after two years online due to the pandemic. As always, the dual purpose of this marathon student recital is to give students a chance to celebrate their progress with a mid-year performance and to help raise money for JOMP’s Financial Aid Program. We raise financial aid funds annually from foundations, corporations and individuals. Last year, we awarded $141,471 in need-based scholarships to 97 students. This year’s goal is $175,000. We hope to raise $30,000 of that amount at Jompathon 2023. 100% of Jompathon donations go directly to financial aid.

When and Where:

Jompathon will take place on Saturday, February 4th from 9:30 am to 7:30 p.m. in the Shapiro Concert Hall at Joy of Music. Please consider a donation to support our student performers!
