You're Registered: Meditation with the Ancient Bonsai

Thank you for registering for Meditation with the Ancient Bonsai. We’re looking forward to sharing this peaceful morning with you.

This guided mindfulness session centers on breath awareness and offers a restorative pause in the presence of the garden’s ancient bonsai. The practice is welcoming to both beginners and experienced meditators alike.

Location & Parking
Please park in the Shinzen Garden parking lot. A greeter will meet you at the gate and guide you in.

Please note: Shinzen Garden entrance fees and Woodward Park parking fees are not included and must be paid separately upon arrival.

Arrival Time
Kindly plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before our 8:30 AM start time. We begin promptly at 8:30 AM, and once the class begins, the gates will be locked.

Seating
Chairs will be provided. If you prefer to sit on the ground, please bring a mat or cushion, along with a protective layer (such as a towel or blanket) to keep it clean from the garden’s decomposed granite surface.

What to Wear
Dress warmly and comfortably, as this is an outdoor experience.
