Here's how it works:

Make your $55 donation to LAMN
After you sign up, check your email to join LAMN's Private Facebook Group OR for the unique link to join us on Strava (a free run app)!
Choose how you want to move: run, walk, roll, stroll, or cheer from the sidelines
On July 11th - 12th, Head out on your own route, in your neighborhood, on a trail, at a park, or on a treadmill
Wear your Run, Walk & Roll shirt
Snap a photo or video of your moment
Tag @LaughingAtMyNightmareInc on social media on 7/11 and 7/12
