At the H-Town Dream Center, we are unwavering in our mission to bring hope, healing, and freedom to the most vulnerable in Montgomery County and the Greater Houston Area. 🌟 For over 15 years, we have been dedicated to meeting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals and families in crisis through transformative programs and services. 🙏💖

Our work is driven by three core pillars of impact:

🍎 Feeding the Hungry: Through initiatives like our Care and Share Food Pantry—the first brick-and-mortar food pantry in Splendora history—we provide essential resources to support hundreds of families each month. In 2024, we proudly distributed over 1 million meals through this program and other outreach efforts. 🥫💪
🏠 Rescuing Women and Children: Our House of Hope program offered services to 742 women and children last year, with 311 of them being discipled through this life-changing initiative. This includes shelter, resources, and long-term care for survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and crisis pregnancy. 💜👩‍👧‍👦
🎓 Educating At-Risk Youth: The NXT GEN Program empowers at-risk youth through education, sports, and leadership training, fostering generational change. In 2024, 42,606 youth were mentored through programs designed to create a brighter future. ⚽📚✨

With the completion of our 12,000-square-foot Community Center, including a multi-purpose sports field, basketball court 🏀, and a fully stocked fishing pond 🎣, we’ve expanded our reach even further. This facility has become the heart of our mission, offering a safe and inspiring space for at-risk youth and their families to heal, grow, and thrive. 🌱❤️
