Super Kickballers Ultimate is a kickball tournament fundraiser between local Chicago game studios who compete both in a tournament and in a fundraising contest. Donations enable Chicago Loot Drop to fund year-round work of donating toys and games to kids and fostering an inclusive gaming community. Help us bring the joy of gaming to Chicago’s under-resourced communities!

Washington Park in Hyde Park, Chicago (Baseball Field 12 + 13, aligned with 54th St), Google Maps

Note: If you search this in Google Maps, it will give you an inaccurate location, and the correct location is listed as “Baseball Field 5.” The Chicago Parks Department has tried to amend this, but alas, Google has not changed it.

We include this to make sure participants have the information they need to make the best decision for themselves. We appreciate you all!

This will be an outdoor event. We will not be requiring proof of vaccination or masks at the tournament this year. The after-party will be a Woodlawn Tap, which will all be indoors as well.

Chicago Loot Drop is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that seeks to develop an inclusive gamer community, share our love of games, and spread joy within the city of Chicago. Since 2010, we’ve hosted events, raised funds, and donated toys and games to a variety of causes to bring gamers of all ages together to do good in our communities.

Through our longtime partnership with Comer Children’s Hospital, we’ve donated thousands of toys and games to kids over the years. We are actively looking to grow our partnerships throughout Chicago communities.

Through volunteering and social events, we aspire to create an inclusive, welcoming environment for gamers of all kinds to connect and game together online and irl. Whether you’re into tabletop or console games, an eSports champ or hanging around PokéStops, if you love to play games, you’re one of us.
