Save the date for the 2027 King's Ball: February 6!

The King’s Ball welcomes new friends and familiar faces to dance the night away at Missouri’s oldest regency celebration. As the hall fills with the unmistakable lilt of Dennis Stroughmatt’s Missouri French Creole fiddle, the ancient Epiphany ritual stirs to life: a hidden baby, a crowned King, a chosen Queen, and a year of royal revelry set in motion. This beloved winter gathering, rooted in Mardi Gras tradition, brings the community together in a space transformed by the shared imagination of rural regency. Guests may purchase individual tickets or reserve a table; food to share is welcome, though outside beverages are not. A cash bar will be open, colonial attire is encouraged but optional, and every dance comes with its own gentle instruction.
