Let us do the work for you and surprise your friend, family member, love of your life, college student, co-worker, etc., with a fun and unique digital card sent to their email!

Printable Valentine's Day Cards

Have a printer? Then we got you! We will email you the digital file and you can print them and hand them out to all of your favorite Valentine's. Perfect for the kids!

Adopt a Kennel

This is a great way to help out the animals and our shelter. You can adopt a kennel or adopt a kennel in honor or in memory of a special person or animal. All proceeds to directly to help our shelter with animal food and supplies they need on a daily basis. Kennel adoptions will stay on kennels for everyone to see for the whole month of February.

While nothing can compare to the comforts of home, Precious Paws strives to provide an enriching environment for our shelter animals. Founded in 1991 as Hibbing Animal Shelter and Humane Society (Our Corporate Name). Re-established in Chisholm in 2011 as Precious Paws Humane Society of Chisholm. We are a professionally managed volunteer shelter.

Our mission is to prevent and alleviate animal suffering through shelter, adoption, education, and community outreach; to support the enforcement of animal welfare laws and state statutes; and to strengthen the human/animal bond. We are a no-kill shelter. We are not owned by our city and are donation and fundraiser based.

Precious Paws has a variety of offerings geared toward the protection and promotion of pets. The most notable services and programs are: Bretta's Pantry and the Senior to Senior foster program. We also host MN Snap on site two times a year to help the community with low cost spay and neuters.
