Agenda: (All times are Pacific Daylight Time). 12:45 (Optional) Join 15 minutes early to chat with others. 1 pm-2 pm: Hear from the people working on each our programs (10 minutes each) about how it's evolved, what the plans are for 2024, and what support is needed. 2-2:30: Discussion Optional Homework: There will be a form to fill out to gather responses and encourage volunteer commitment to specific projects they are most interested in.
