The Holiday Fund is used to purchase extras for our families for Thanksgiving and Christmas. This last year we used the funds for gifts for each family and the makings for pies, cakes, cookies and treats. Giving to the fund helps us to treat those who are less fortunate with special gifts and reinforces the gift of caring we try to emulate.

The Schaghticoke Food Pantry began operation in 2018 in response to food needs due to a strike at Momentum and the Federal Government shut down. We are a not for profit organization with 25 volunteers who staff the pantry and provide shopping time to be sure we have the products on the shelf that we would find in a grocery store.

CLS and the Schaghticoke Food Pantry provide food and household and personal care products to our families in the greater Hoosic Valley School District. We are open (unless it is holiday for the school or snow day) on Mondays 9- 11 am and Thursday 4-6 pm.
