I am a Forensic Social Worker at The Legal Aid Society raising money for an Emergency Client Fund in the Brooklyn Criminal Defense Practice. Any funds raised will go directly in the hands of clients experiencing financial hardship. These funds can be used for transportation to court-related appointments, late phone bills, grocery shopping, co-pays for therapy or medical appointments, medication expenses, clothing, toiletries, etc.
