Lomas Brown Jr., a former 18-year NFL veteran and Detroit Lion’s offensive lineman, has held Football Player Enhancement and Offensive & Defensive Lineman (BIG MAN) Camps for several years. He then extended his youth football camps and founded his L.E.A.P. Camp (Learn Earn And Play) as an after-school enrichment education and activities program.

The Lomas Brown Jr. Foundation was founded in 1991 to provide postsecondary scholarships and financial aid to college-bound high school students. Through educational and physical conditioning enhancement camps, the Foundation has been able to strengthen student's academic skill-sets, physical abilities, life skills, and career awareness.

The Foundation has built a legacy around its brand statement: “Mirror Image ...It Begins With You.” This motto is the cornerstone of the foundation’s commitment to help children become better student-athletes and well-rounded individuals.
