This month, the Parks Department released a Request for Proposals (RFP) that could shape the future of cultural programming in our community. We are preparing to submit an idea for a new Cultural Center—one that centers creativity, access, and belonging.

But there’s a barrier to entry: a $5,000 review fee required just to submit the proposal! (See RFP page 24)
