Please join us for our 2nd Annual ICT SOS Pickleball Tournament on December 7th at Tap N Paddles in Wichita to support ICT SOS.

Cash prizes will be paid to 1st place in each division. Amount will be dependent on number of teams in each division.

Registration Fee: $320.00 per team **note: all Sponsorship Opportunities noted below include a team entry**

Registration includes lunch and 1 drink ticket for each player (additional drink tickets may be provided for those willing to show their dance moves).

Teams: 4 players per team (2 men and 2 women)

Divisions will be by team DUPR rating, as follows:

Players without a DUPR account/rating can play, however, their estimated rating will be verified by the Tournament Co-Directors.

DUPR 18 - Very advanced (equates to individual team member ratings of 4.5)

(The team's aggregate rating/DUPR must not exceed 18.50) - 10 teams total (FULL)

DUPR 16 - Advanced (equates to individual team member ratings of 4.0)

(The team's aggregate rating/DUPR must not exceed 16.50) - 8 teams total (FULL)

DUPR 16 Age 50+ - Advanced (equates to individual team member ratings of 4.0)

DUPR 14 - Intermediate (equates to individual team member ratings of 3.5)

Sponsorship Opportunities:

In lieu of making electronic payments via Give Butter, checks made payable to ICT S.O.S. will be accepted (an invoice will be issued by ICT S.O.S.)

Format:

Each division will be split into 2 pools of 4 teams each for round robin play, with the top 2 teams in each pool advancing to bracket play. Each match will consist of 1 men's game, 1 women's game and 2 mixed games. If teams are tied 2-2 after men's, women's and mixed games, a singles tie-breaker game will be played to 21, with players from each team rotating every 4 points. Games will be played to 21 using rally scoring.

For $25 you will have a chance to draw a random gift card and could pull a card valued from $25-$50 to a wide selection of local and national businesses. The gift card pull will be open from 8 am until sold out during the event on 12/7.

Below is some information about ICT SOS and its history:

13 years ago, ICT SOS began as a grassroots group of committed citizens, concerned about human trafficking, meeting monthly in a coffee shop. Since that time we have experienced a ton of growth! ICT SOS currently has 5 full-time staff and 2 part-time staff and hosts multiple interns each year. In addition to middle and high school prevention curricula, ICT SOS provides training for the community, churches, foster agencies and families, law enforcement, medical personnel, and many other industries. In 2020 with the addition of our Advocacy Services program, we were able to expand the support available to survivors of trafficking and exploitation and direct service agency partners. We have relaunched our Student Advisory Board, completed our Not Alone: Exploitation Awareness film content, and moved into a larger office space.

ICT SOS acts as a liaison between the professional groups working with trafficked youth & adults, and the Wichita volunteers who seek ways to be involved in creating real and lasting change through education and prevention as well as restoration and advocacy services for survivors. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations toward this tournament are tax deductible.
