The Game Changed Your Life. Now You Can Change Hers.

Think about everything sports have given you.

Confidence when you needed it most. Friendships that lasted a lifetime. Coaches who believed in you. Leadership. Resilience. The courage to fail, get back up, and try again.

For millions of girls, those opportunities never come.

Cost, transportation, lack of programs, and limited access keep too many girls on the sidelines. At Leveling the Fields, we're changing that.

Through our EmpowerPlay program, we bring sports directly to elementary schools, removing the barriers that prevent girls from playing. Along the way, they're building far more than athletic skills—they're developing confidence, teamwork, leadership, perseverance, and the belief that they can accomplish hard things.

Who we are

Leveling the Fields is a nonprofit dedicated to creating more opportunities for girls to participate in sports and develop leadership skills through play. Our programs bring multi-sport experiences and empowerment curriculum directly into elementary schools, especially Title I schools and communities where access to sports can be limited by cost, transportation, or availability.

Through our 9-week EmpowerPlay program, girls are introduced to a variety of sports while also learning confidence, teamwork, resilience, and leadership. Each program provides trained paid coaches, equipment, journals, snacks, and structured activities that help girls build skills on and off the field.

You can help expand sports opportunities for girls. The funds raised here will directly support programs in local schools and allow more girls to experience the power of sports.

Every donation helps provide the resources needed to run these programs and bring sports to girls who may not otherwise have the chance to participate.

Because when girls play, they gain far more than just a game. They gain confidence, leadership, and a sense that they belong on the field.

Donate, share, and help us level the field for the next generation of girls.
