🎉 Thank You for Making Triviacracy Night So Special! 🎉
What a wonderful way to celebrate seven years of the League of Women Voters of Williamson County!

Thank you to every volunteer and guest who made the evening so much fun. The spirit in the room was light, warm, and friendly—the perfect antidote to the chaotic reality we left outside the doors for a few hours. Our game was part humor, part history, part pop culture, and part politics. Even people watching from the other room told us they learned a few things! Samantha Kanzler, our Trivia Master, kept the evening lively, interactive, and full of laughter.

A special thank-you to Barking Armadillo Brewing for giving us the perfect place to gather. Pat’s BBQ was "chef’s kiss" and our specialty drinks—The People’s Paloma and The Equal Lime Amendment—were definite favorites.

Congratulations to our high-scoring team, Democracy Dudes & Divas, and to our lowest-scoring (but possibly most spirited team), The Hopeful Losers! And give it up for the folks on the team voted favorite team name - Social Insecurities! Every team played with heart and helped make the evening a blast.

My favorite part was watching people arrive alone and quickly be welcomed onto a team. In many ways, that is what the League is all about. We come looking for a way to help our community and empower Williamson County voters—and along the way, we find purpose, a shared mission, and strong, lasting friendships.

To everyone who joined us, volunteered, supported the event, or contributed online to our Voters Guide Fund: we are deeply grateful for your generosity. Our group may have been small, but the experience was priceless.

Couldn’t join us—or haven’t yet contributed to our birthday campaign? There is still time! Our campaign will remain open through September 30. What are you waiting for? ❤️🤍💙

🎉LWV WILCO was 7 Years Old on Sept. 19th🎉

For seven years, the League of Women Voters of Williamson County has worked to educate voters, encourage civic participation, and protect free and fair elections.

Now we’re celebrating — Triviacracy style.

September 13–19: Play Along Online

Each morning during our birthday week, we’ll post a new trivia question about voting, elections, democracy, history and more.

Add your answer in the comments, then come back the next day for the correct answer and a new question.

It’s a fun way to test what you know, learn something new, and help us prepare voters for the November election.

September 20: Join Us for Triviacracy Night!

5:30–7:30 PM @ Barking Armadillo Brewery & Coffee House

Join us in person for an evening of Voting, Elections, Politics & Pop Culture, History, food, drinks and plenty of silliness.

And yes — it’s a FUNdraiser, so bring your friends and don’t leave your wallet at home. 😉

Tickets are FREE, but space is limited.

RSVP above as an individual or gather a team and join the fun.

NOTE: If you are getting tickets for a team - please select the number of team members.
