Since the Lawrence Community Fridge began in 2021, neighbors and volunteers have worked together to keep the fridge stocked with donations from local farms, schools, food pantries, and our own kitchens!

One goal of community fridge projects is to prevent food waste, and while volunteers continue to solicit such donations from local food distributors, we want to ensure that our other goal (keeping our community fed) can be met more often.

This 2023 fundraiser will help us shop for essential food items to fill the fridge on a more regular basis. Whether you can donate $5 or $50, that money will go directly to buying food for our community.
