Team Potts Gaming: Inspiring Minority Students to pursue careers in Gaming, Technology, and Esports

Who We Are: Team Potts Gaming is a social enterprise in Charlotte, NC, founded by minority high school student-athletes. Our mission is to empower minority students in gaming, technology, and Esports, breaking down barriers and providing equal access to facilities, equipment, training, and a supportive community.

Who We Serve: We serve minority students aged 13-19 with a passion for gaming, technology, and Esports. Our focus is on empowering and providing opportunities for personal growth and career development in these industries.

What We Offer:

· Affordable gaming PCs that deliver exceptional performance.

· Esports Leagues, Tournaments, and Teams for competitive gameplay and community engagement.

· Hands-on Gaming PC Building Course for building high-performance gaming PCs.

· Drone Flying Course for developing piloting skills, aerial photography, and videography techniques.

· Comprehensive Flight Training covering regulations, systems, maneuvers, and simulations.

Why Esports: Esports offers diverse employment opportunities beyond professional play. It nurtures valuable skills like teamwork and problem-solving, provides exposure to cutting-edge technology, and allows for entrepreneurship and global networking. Esports presents a dynamic avenue for personal growth and promising careers.

What we need:

To level the playing field, we need your support to provide comprehensive Esports training and affordable gaming PC kits that include all necessary components, tools, and instructions to build a high-performance gaming PC for competition. Together we will empower minority student-athletes to succeed in the competitive world of Esports and prepare them for college or career pathways in gaming, technology, and Esports.

Your donation will go towards:

Gaming PC Kits: We need to purchase high-quality components and tools for building gaming PCs that students can use to compete in tournaments.

Program Costs: We need to cover the costs of running the program, including training designed to provide participants with practical skills and knowledge in three key areas: Gaming PC Building Training, Business of Esports Training, and Esports Training and Development.

Scholarship Fund: We want to ensure that every student who wants to participate in the program can, regardless of financial means.
