Who We Are

We are the next generation of nonprofit leaders investing in each other’s pathways to success. YNPN Atlanta is dedicated to fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and effective nonprofit sector by engaging young professionals as integral members of the community. Our mission is to support these individuals in their growth and future leadership, ensuring they have the tools, networks, and opportunities to make a lasting impact.

To “Lead The Wave” means to be at the forefront of a significant change… and that is exactly what we are doing! Our wave represents the collective energy and potential of young nonprofit professionals. Your donation to the "Lead The Wave" campaign will directly support YNPN Atlanta's programs such as the 30 Under 30 & Ann Cramer awards and the Next Gen Breakfast, that provide professional development, networking opportunities, and leadership training.

Here's how you can be a part of Leading The Wave:

WaveMaker - $15: Provides Atlanta young non-profit professionals access to free resources such as headshots.
Tide Turner - $35: Supports programming activations such as the 30 Under 30 leadership program pairing emerging leaders with experienced nonprofit executives through monthly workshops.
Current Leader - $50-: Provides a 1-year membership for a young non-profit professional founder or a 30 Under 30 Class of 2025 awardee. (Acknowledgement at YNPN’s Next Gen Breakfast and 30 Under 30 & Ann Cramer Award Ceremony)
