Lemurs are among the most highly trafficked primates in the U.S. and worldwide — sold both legally and illegally into the exotic pet trade, entertainment venues, and substandard attractions. Every year, thousands are neglected, isolated, or suffering without proper care.

Rescued lemurs finally find safety at the Wild Hearts Lemur Sanctuary in Jacksonville, Florida. They receive physical and behavioral rehabilitation, professional caregivers, expert veterinary attention, nutritious food, enriched indoor-outdoor habitats, and essential lemur companionship.

Per Lemur Annual Care Expenses: $2600
