Her oncologist, Dr. Daniel Petro, offered a simple but profound piece of advice: "Keep Making Memories." And they did, with Elizabeth embracing each moment with courage and resilience.

Making a Difference

This annual event is dedicated to funding vital lung cancer research and patient support services, primarily benefiting UPMC Hillman Cancer Center and the University of Pittsburgh. Every contribution helps make a profound difference for individuals battling lung cancer, providing them with hope and the resources they need to continue making memories with their loved ones.

Since 2019, generous donors to Libby's Lungs have raised over $400,000 for lung cancer research being conducted at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center and to underwrite patient support services with community partners.

Together, we can ensure everyone touched by lung cancer has the chance to "Keep Making Memories."
