Lindsey Erisey's Story

Raising a child with autism and medical complexities is a journey filled with challenges, but also moments of pure joy, laughter, and unconditional love. For me, that journey is embodied by my son, Isaac. At just two months old, Isaac began facing medical challenges that would shape his early years. But despite everything he’s been through, Isaac continues to shine with a spirit that’s as bright as his smile—a smile that can light up any room. He’s funny, kind, and full of personality. And don’t let that sweet grin fool you—this boy knows how to cause a little mischief, especially when he’s sticking close to his favorite person: me, his momma. Every day, Isaac shows me the true meaning of strength and resilience. His journey has taught me to appreciate life’s small victories and has inspired me to advocate for other families navigating similar paths. That's why Lift Up Autism is so important to me. This event isn’t just about raising funds—it’s about raising awareness, fostering understanding, and ensuring that families like ours have the resources and support they need. By supporting my fundraising efforts, you’re helping provide events, resources, and hope to families impacted by autism. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference. Event Workout: 30-Minute Partner AMRAP Get ready to sweat, push, and lift for a cause! During Lift Up Autism, participants will take on a challenging 30-minute partner AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) designed to symbolize the endurance and strength parents and caregivers show every day. Workout: 36 Calorie Row – Work together to power through the rower. 36 Wall Ball Tosses – Coordination and strength combine as you toss and catch. 36 Butterfly Sit-Ups (BFSU) – Core strength with a focus on speed and form. 36 Dumbbell Burpee Snatches – A full-body challenge that builds resilience. 36 Box Step-Ups – Drive through your legs and keep moving forward. Partner Format: Partners will alternate as needed, sharing the workload throughout the 30-minute AMRAP. The goal is to complete as many rounds and reps as possible within the time frame. Modifications will be available to ensure participants of all fitness levels can join. This workout is more than a physical challenge—it represents the perseverance and determination of families affected by autism. Together, we’ll push through each rep to show our support and raise awareness for this important cause.

At Lift Up Autism, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to participate in a comfortable and supportive environment. Our Sensory-Friendly Heat is designed for individuals who may be sensitive to loud sounds, bright lights, or overstimulating environments.

During this heat:

💡 Minimize Lights: A calmer atmosphere with reduced lighting.
🎶 Low Music: Music will be played at a lower volume to minimize sensory overload.
💙 Inclusive Environment: A welcoming space where participants can move at their own pace without pressure.

Not able to make it to T2 CrossFit on April 12? No problem! With Stronger Together – Anywhere, you can still be a part of the movement—wherever you are. This option allows you to participate remotely, whether it’s at your local gym, in your home, or even by simply supporting the cause through fundraising.

Just like the in-person workout, this option represents the strength and resilience of the autism community. No matter where you are, your effort makes a difference. You can complete a workout of your choice, spread awareness, and help us raise funds to support families affected by autism.
