Lincoln Elementary PTO

Parents and Teachers working together to enhance our students’ education.

The Lincoln Elementary PTO is organized for the purpose of supporting and enhancing the educational experience of the School’s students by: providing an organization through which the parents, school and teachers can work cooperatively; and providing financial support for programs funded outside the annual school budget.

Programs planned this year by the Lincoln Elementary PTO include:

An outdoor learning space in the courtyard
Teacher name flags in the hallways
5th Grade Year Books
Classroom Supplies
Teacher Appreciation
School Participation In Community Events

Please consider a one-time or monthly donation to help the PTO continue to assist the principal, teachers, and staff by providing access to quality field trips and other resources to Lincoln Elementary students. Any size gift is appreciated. While the Lincoln Elementary PTO sponsors in-person fundraisers including selling Krispy Kreme donuts and Joe Corbi Pizza products, more help is needed to completely cover the costs for programs.

Personal and business checks can also be pledged online. After completing the online donation form, checks should be sent via postal mail to the address provided at checkout. Checks may also be dropped off at the Lincoln Elementary main office. All checks must be made payable to Gettysburg Area Education Foundation or GAEF and include an EMail address.

A gift to the Gettysburg Area Education Foundation help us continue to provide:

Fundraising assistance to all Gettysburg Area School District organizations and staff through direct grants and access to GAEF's Giving Hub crowdfunding page.
At least $5,000.00 in grants each year to Gettysburg Area School District staff to encourage classroom innovation and/or help solve funding challenges outside the annual building or department budget.
Grants for financial assistance to Gettysburg Area High School students enrolled in career and technical education classes to help cover registration and entry fees as well as travel, hotel, and meal costs for attending regional, state, and national competitions and conferences. Financial support for these grants is provided by the Larry R. and Janet M. Redding Designated Endowment Fund held by the Adams County Community Foundation.
Grant writing assistance and support to Gettysburg Area School District organizations and staff.
