Nearly 42% of people worldwide still have little or no access to someone who can walk with them toward Jesus. We’re changing that—by awakening, training and serving everyday believers who witness across cultural lines with humility, integrity, and Spirit‑led adaptability.

During Love Global, every gift to the Global Mission Fund is matched 1:1 while matching funds last.* From Nov 7–Dec 2 (#GivingTuesday), our community is rallying to equip 100 disciple‑makers. Every $1,200 ($100/month) equips one worker for a year—and the match doubles your impact. Our public goal for this phase: $60,000.

Why are we doing this?

People everywhere are hungry for hope, but cultural dividing lines blur the Good News. When a follower of Jesus is equipped and supported with cross-cultural expertise, the gospel spreads through deep relationships—family to family, village to village.
Through our Train-Mobilize-Serve pathway, we prepare global disciple‑makers, coach churches across the U.S., and provide holistic care to workers and their families so ministries can thrive long-term.
TMS Global focuses on places and people groups with the least access to the good news, coming alongside local churches and leaders to join Jesus where He is already at work.
Your gift equips global gospel leaders with practical tools (training, coaching, language & culture resources, field care, seasoned leadership, a global community) so they can love their neighbors and make disciples who make disciples.

A college student named Abigail joined a TMS Greenlight experience in Southeast Asia. Using art therapy, she invited vulnerable youth into a safe, creative space to process pain and discover hope. “I got to see every single passion I have be combined and effectively used for the Lord… Now I know I love missions!” Stories like Abigail’s are what Love Global is all about—raising up cross-cultural witnesses who share Jesus’ love in context-wise, life-giving ways.

Mobilizing Churches & Next Gen: We engage young adults, pastors, lay leaders churches and indigenous leaders around the world in gospel-centered programs involving coaching, cross-cultural immersion, discipleship, and cohort-based learning in order to help individuals and churches discover their unique missional calling.
Training & Formation: We equip disciple-makers to share the gospel across cultures through rich experiences like the H.T. Maclin Mission Training Institute, cohort-based learning modules, leadership development opportunities, cross-cultural immersion experiences, spiritual formation experiences, etc.
Holistic Care & Support: We provide holistic care to global workers and their families through member care, field visits, child protection, strategic consultation, TCK care, and crisis support so workers—and their families—can serve sustainably.
