“Go and make disciples of all nations… And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

— Matthew 28:19–20

Nearly 42% of the world’s population has little or no access to the gospel, and sharing Jesus across cultures is increasingly complex.

But God is at work—and your gift can equip disciple-makers with the training, relationships, and holistic support they need to serve with a humble learning posture, share Jesus in word and deed, and help build Christ-centered communities where the gospel can take root and multiply.

From November 5–December 1 (#GivingTuesday), our community is rallying to equip 150 disciple-makers. Every $1,200 ($100/month) equips one disciple-maker for a year—and thanks to generous matching partners, your gift will be doubled while matching funds last.

For more than 40 years, TMS Global has come alongside those God has called, helping them serve faithfully, flourish for the long haul, and equip others to do the same. Last year alone, God worked through this community to equip 2,210 disciple-makers.

And the impact multiplies. Disciples make disciple-makers. Global partners equip others in their own communities. More people encounter and follow Jesus.

Now is the moment. Through Love Global, thanks to generous partners, every gift to the Global Mission Fund will be doubled while matching funds last.*

Joy’s Story: Transformed by Jesus

After “Joy”* decided to follow Jesus in Thailand, a TMS Global cross-cultural witness came alongside her to help her grow as a disciple.

“This changes everything...because he is resurrected, we have purpose and we have hope…reason for living.”

Her aunt sees the difference: “She’s like a different person now.” And Joy wants others to experience what she has found in Jesus: “I want them to know this is a place of peace...hope and joy and life, and it’s because of Jesus.”

This is the beauty of making disciples who are eager to make more disciples: it becomes a movement that multiplies.

Your gift will fund a proven mission model.

For more than 40 years, we've had the privilege of coming alongside people God has called—helping them prepare well, serve faithfully, and equip others to do the same.

We praise God for encouraging evidence that our mission model works:

72% of TMS Global cross-cultural witnesses serve beyond five years, compared with 52% across mission organizations.

Our 2.7% attrition rate compares with a 4.7% sector median.

TMS Global cross-cultural witnesses rank in the 94th percentile for engagement and health.

Your gift will have eternal impact.

During Fiscal Year 2026, God worked through the prayers, generosity, and service of the TMS Global community to equip 2,210 disciple-makers.

And some of the most exciting results demonstrate how your gift can carry the gospel to the people who lack access:

The 371,000-member Samburu people group in northern Kenya shifted from unreached to significantly reached. TMS Global was honored to play a part through our disciple-making partnership with God's Grace for All Nations.

402 non-Western disciple-makers were trained through our partnership with the Across Alliance.

Maclin trainings equipped 73 people from 16 countries, whose ministries reach 22 countries, 19 tribes, and six least-reached people groups.

16 Kenyan disciple-makers were equipped as facilitators so they can now multiply that training among others.

TMS Global provided holistic care and strategic guidance to 116 cross-cultural witnesses and their families in 29 countries, helping sustain those God has called to serve.

Your gift will fuel a movement that multiplies.

“What you have heard from me…entrust to faithful people who will be able to teach others also.”

— 2 Timothy 2:2

Jesus is already at work around the world, and we have the joy of joining Him.

At TMS Global, we do that through deep, mutual partnerships—freely sharing training and resources with gospel leaders around the world so they can strengthen others in their own communities and contexts.

When we make disciples who make disciple-makers, we join Jesus in a movement that multiplies.

Your gift will help us seize this moment.

“The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few.”
- Jesus (Matthew 9:37a)

The context for global mission is changing quickly. There is a window of opportunity we can act on now, but not without the generous support of partners like you.

1 in 6 people worldwide experiences loneliness, revealing a profound hunger for meaningful connection and belonging.

Most teens are open to conversations about God, pointing to spiritual curiosity among a rising generation.

Christianity's demographic center continues to shift toward the Global South, creating new opportunities for mission from everywhere to everywhere.

Global migration is bringing people from different cultures, religions, and backgrounds into relationship with one another in new ways.

These changes bring both opportunity and complexity. Your gift will help us respond immediately.

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses…to the ends of the earth.”
