Why I’m Doing This:

I know grief like the back of my hand—it’s been my shadow, my teacher, and my fire. Losing my son Desmond at 36 weeks gutted me. I was left shattered, trying to figure out how to keep breathing when my world had collapsed. I learned the hard way that grief doesn’t just go away—it stays, it moves, it lingers. And the only way to survive it is to move with it.

Now, I’m on a mission. I want to take the pain I’ve lived through and use it to serve others who feel like they’ll never see the light again. But to do that, I need to level up. I’m raising $10,000 to fund my training to become a better grief coach so I can help more people like you and me—folks trying to figure out how to live when life feels unbearable.

For the next 30 days, I’m walking 10,000 steps every day. Not because it’s easy, but because it’s necessary. These steps represent the journey we all face in grief—heavy, messy, and often feeling impossible. But step by step, day by day, we keep moving forward.
